Nevada Ballet Theatre

Nevada Ballet Theatre is a leading force in the establishment of the live performing arts in Southern Nevada. With an ambitious schedule of performances, development of local talent and a commitment to outreach and education, today’s Nevada Ballet Theatre commands status on the national scale while touching thousands of lives in the Las Vegas Valley every year.

Dancers for the 32 member company have been recruited from around the world and include artists with international performing experience. The classically based company is at home in an eclectic repertory, moving easily from the romantic era classics to the high-energy contemporary ballets. Nevada Ballet Theatre’s repertoire includes acclaimed 20th century masterworks from famous choreographers such as George Balanchine, Sir Frederick Ashton, and Twyla Tharp, as well as contemporary choreographers Peter Anastos, Val Caniparoli, Bruce Steivel and James Canfield.

Las Vegas Philharmonic

The third largest arts organization in the state and six-time recipient of the Best Performing Arts Group award, the Las Vegas Philharmonic has grown into a nationally recognized orchestra. It has created an extraordinary impact on the cultural and educational life of Southern Nevada with an equal record of sound organizational and fiscal management.

Now in its eleventh year, the Philharmonic's glorious sounds have soared even higher, entertaining growing audiences with an expanding Classic Series featuring some of the best touring artists of the world; a Connoisseur Series that presents top soloists performing in some of the city’s most luxurious homes; a variety of special events; and a new Pop Concert Series.
