About the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas

Formed in 1993, the nonprofit Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is one of the country’s leading culinary and hospitality training centers. In addition to joining The Smith Center, the Culinary Academy also owns and operates Westside Bistro, a local, full-service cafe. The Academy also operates the Springs Cafe at the Springs Preserve.
