Beyond recording a torrent of hit singles and selling tens of millions of albums worldwide, The Beach Boys have forever changed America’s musical landscape by redefining what pop songs can be. Still generating passionate fans of all ages, the band has continued to create and perform music with the same bold energy and renowned harmonies.
The band’s 2013 release of “Sounds of Summer” has gone triple platinum, with more than 3 million copies sold. The companion “The Warmth of the Sun” further marked a powerful resurgence in Beach Boys fandom.
Led by group co-founder Mike Love and Grammy winning songwriter Bruce Johnston, The Beach Boys also includes Jeffrey Foskett, Brian Eichenburger, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill and Scott Totten to continue the band’s legacy. The current tour does not feature Brian Wilson, Al Jardine or David Marks.
Love is not only the band’s front man, but also one of rock’s foremost songwriters. He penned songs such as “Surfin,’” and co-wrote several more of The Beach Boys’ classics, such as “Fun, Fun, Fun,” “I Get Around,” “Help Me Rhonda” and “California Girls” with his cousin Brian Wilson.
With a concert presence matched by few, The Beach Boys will perform their numerous iconic hits, as well as new music that has pulled audiences to their feet across the country.
