“Conversations with Norm” is a quarterly interview presentation hosted by former Review-Journal man-about-town columnist Norm Clarke, who covered the celebrity scene for nearly two decades.
His guests for the June 30th show will be executive chefs Julian Serrano and Rick Moonen. They will be serving up their favorite fine-dining stories and a cooking tip or two.
Serrano, raised in Madrid and trained in Marbella, has become one of the most decorated chefs in Las Vegas since opening Picasso at the Bellagio in 1998. Moonen, a New Yorker, has been in Las Vegas since 2005 when he opened RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay. He has been at the forefront of advocating for sustainable seafood.
Announcing the event will be Shawn Tempesta, co-host of “Morning Blend” at KTNV-TV, Channel 13.Proceeds will benefit the education and outreach programs at The Smith Center.
