The Kozmic Blues Show is a critically acclaimed homage to the spirit and music of legendary Rock Goddess, Janis Joplin. Michelle Rohl portrays/channels Joplin with a breathtaking powerhouse vocal performance. Kozmic Blues features video, anecdotes, and a juggernaut 8 piece ‘Big Brother’ backing band - this show is a ‘Pearl’ that reminisces the magic that was taken from us much too soon. TV icon Drew Carey says, "Loved this tribute to Janis Joplin. It will take you right back to her Big Brother and The Holding Company days." John Kats of The Las Vegas Review Journal reports: “I’d always regretted that Janis Joplin was from another era, and that I’d never had a chance to see her perform live. But after experiencing Michelle Rohl’s fiery performance, I have no regrets. This show is a must for any Joplin Fan, past or present.” This August marks the 5oth anniversary of Woodstock – celebrate it with some ‘Kozmic Blues’ at Myron’s Cabaret Jazz!
