Across her global, decades-long career, gifted percussionist and singer Sheila E. has cemented her status as one of the greatest drummers alive. Celebrated for her fiery drumming style and bold vocals, the four-time Grammy nominee performs electrifying renditions of pop, R&B, Latin, rock and jazz, energized with her vivacious stage presence.

Daughter of legendary jazz percussionist Pete Escovedo, Sheila E. has built an acclaimed career in her own right as the Queen of Percussion, with numerous hits across her Billboard chart-topping albums. Playing percussion even as a teenager with titans such as Herbie Hancock and Miles Davis, her daunting career also includes recording and performing as a personal protégé of pop icon Prince, who produced several of her albums. She has further toured and recorded with greats such as Ringo Starr, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye and Cyndi Lauper.
