Ordering group tickets affords you the luxury of waiving all individual service fees (these range from $4.50 to over $17 per ticket). No sales tax is collected.
The only other charge is a one-time $25 group order fee.
For most shows, 10 or more people at the same performance and in the same ticket price category qualify as a group. Some shows require a minimum 15 or 20 group members.
Although individual tickets typically go on sale to the public just 60 days in advance, groups can be reserved for most shows several months in advance. This way, you get best choice of seats!

There are multiple payment options. These include paying in full, and receiving tickets immediately.
You can also place a nonrefundable/nonexchangeable deposit now (this ranges from 25 to 50 percent), then pay the balance when you know the exact number of people who will be attending.
Final payment is generally due 30 or 60 days before the performance date.
Tickets may be held for you to pick up from the will call desk at The Smith Center box office or be mailed to you.
The box office is open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily except Sundays and some holidays (then open from three hours before a show starts until thirty minutes after the curtain goes up).
Yes. As long as seats remain available for sale, you may add more attendees.
All ticket prices are subject to change without advance notice, so late add-ons may pay a higher price than the original group.
You may reduce your group’s number of tickets until your final payment. If your group number falls to fewer than the minimum, this purchase will not qualify for any group discount or other savings.
In no case will a portion of the deposit or subsequent payment(s) be refunded or exchanged for a different show or other merchandise or service.
No. In order to receive the full group discount and other benefits, the purchase must be made in one transaction (or deposit plus balance) and all tickets sent to a group organizer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment can also be made by check payable to The Smith Center, if completed no later than four weeks before the show date. We accept cash if you pay at the box office.
Yes. All seats must be in the same price category, whether or not you are physically seated in the same row(s).
You may divide into multiple groups of different prices, as long as each subgroup meets all of the group criteria, including minimum order quantity.
All group sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
You will have the opportunity to switch your tickets to the new date, or be issued a refund.
Yes, and it’s free! Our valet team will instruct the driver when you arrive.
Please advise your group sales representative when ordering your group tickets. ADA seating is provided in all price categories, if requested in advance. Sign language interpreters, captioning devices and audio description may be provided for select performances.
