Parking and Arrival

Parking for any Smith Center performance has been set by the City of Las Vegas at a flat $6* fee. The Park Whiz app allows patrons to pre-purchase their parking in one of the garages. 

Access the special $6 event rate by pre-purchasing parking online at least 2 hours prior to your event. If you do not pre-purchase, the special $6.00 rate is available in person until 15 minutes after the show begins.

Pre-purchasing parking for your performance will be simple and easy, and is available via the city’s partner, Park Whiz. Please select the garage of your choice and the applicable date/time that matches your performance. Purchasing your parking in advance will allow you to guarantee your parking space in the garage of your choice, making your arrival at your performance a smoother experience. The City of Las Vegas' designated $6* event parking rate begins 2 hours prior to curtain time and allows time after the performance ends for exiting. Parking in the City of Las Vegas garages surrounding The Smith Center is administered by a third-party company: ParkWhiz. For pre-paid parking concerns, please contact ParkWhiz directly at 888-472-7594 or [email protected].

All City of Las Vegas garages will accept cash or credit card/debit card.

ADA spaces are available in all of the City of Las Vegas garages and are clearly marked. We recommend the City Parkway garage, noted as blue on the map. If utilizing ADA parking in the Promenade garage, please utilize the crosswalk directly in front of Vic's. Though ADA spots cannot be specifically reserved in advance, you may still purchase your event parking, proceed to your specific garage and access the ADA spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shuttles/golf carts will be available at the base of each parking garage’s elevators or stairs on the bottom floor, and they will continuously circle to help transport guests around campus. 

Yes, The Smith Center garage attached to the Discovery Children's Museum is available for the $6 event parking rate. You may purchase parking for this garage through Park Whiz, like the other garage options.

Valet parking is $17 (plus service fees), with the drop-off location at the northeast corner of Reynolds Hall. Valet parking is available for pre-purchase via Park Whiz. Valet parking is available for select Reynolds Hall shows.

Yes, Uber, Lyft and additional ride-share options can provide pick-up and drop-off on the north side of The Smith Center’s Donald W. Reynolds Symphony Park. View the pick-up and drop-off location on google maps. 

Garages surrounding The Smith Center are owned and operated by The City of Las Vegas, and serve a wide variety of special events and parking needs simultaneously. Each can have different payment structure, requiring individual verification and scanning for exit. 

Paratransit is located in front of The Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, on the west side of the campus, close to the Discovery Children’s Museum.

Smith Center Garage (388 Robin Leach Lane) 1^st Floor 8’2”, 2^nd floor and above 7’0”

City Parkway Garage (350 S. City Parkway) 8’2”

Promenade Garage (355 Promenade Place) 1^st Floor 8’2”, 2^nd floor and above 7’6”

The flat lots by the train tracks are utilized by valet, staff and support teams, and are not an option for event parking.
